The gigantic conversion of concrete manufacturing industrial facility into warehouse and truck maintenance occupancy was one of the fast-paced projects with challenges of massive site service, explosion which includes the steel hoppers, 1500mm concrete slab and steel racking, 3 loading dock, 2 driving door and most important is the retaining wall along the loading dock area. The site service includes the trench of 8 feet deep excavation with underpinning to strength the 8 feet long concrete loading dock wall. Moreover, installation of new drain with Manhole and catch basin with current line with a slope of 1 by 8 downward slope. There is a capacity of 200 truck parking and 180 car parking with all new asphalt with line painting. The premises extended 21 feet wide 325 meter long retaining wall to marginalize the parking area with maximum capacity. We also renovated a two storey open-area concept commercial office for the employee to perform their professional work.
