The base building construction and interior fit-out of 35 units with addition of mezzanine floor within the original warehouse area was performed to meet the Commercial condo-medium office standards. The building comprises upgraded sprinkler system, mechanical system with VAV control boxes, new pad mounted transformer for electrical supply and new fire alarm system for every unit. The outside premises were surfaced with two layers of asphalt, new garbage enclosure, two smoking shelters and extensive landscaping. The astonishing interior with CFS wall, LED lighting, baseboard heaters with curtain wall glazing, and enhanced building surveillance system to provide tenants with state-of-art technology to meet their clients.
