The breathtaking commercial office featuring 10 workplace units, conference room, mezzanine storage room, vestibule and reception receiving area, dining and kitchen, I.T. a server room and handicapped washroom with an open-office concept was performed by New Link. The entire aluminum glazing with enlarged window opening and office partition made an efficient culture to work in natural light for clients. Works include clad interior columns, new HVAC unit with ceiling distribution, LED roof mounted fixtures with dimmer, ceramic/carpet flooring, built-in millwork cabinetry, exterior signage, and fire separation wall bifurcating office area with warehouse premises.
